On-site Visits
BCI offers per visit on-site support. We can take care of any networking
connectivity issues, hardware or software issues that from time to time
happen in offices. We have certified technicians available to assist in
correcting your IT headaches and getting your company back on track in
a timely fashion.
Hourly On-Site Rate: $125.00
Trip Charge (Outside the DTC area) : $49.00
Phone Support
BCI offers technical phone support to our customers and potential customers
at an ideal rate. The service is billed at $89.00 per hour, in 15 minute
increments.
This allows our customers to have technical assistance available for
minor issues that can be taken care of over the telephone, and do not
require an on-site visit.
Warranty Support
BCI offers warranty support on any hardware that we design and build for
you. The units come with a one year BCI warranty on hardware, a 1, 3 or
5 year warranty on hardware from the manufacturer, and a 90-day warranty
on labor. Software issues are not covered under warranty.
Any products sold by BCI, from other manufacturers, will be covered by
the manufacturers warranty only.
Project Management
BCI Group, Inc. offers Project Management for any IT issue your company
may need. This would include short or long term projects, such as rebuilding
networks, implementing new hardware, implementing new business processes
as well as software implementation. Fees are based on a per project basis.
